My name is Brenna Dicks.
I’m an Integrative Coach rooted in faith, relational depth, and whole-person formation. I work with people navigating transition, those who are re-examining their beliefs, reshaping their relationships, finding their voice, or stepping into a new season of responsibility and visibility.
My background is not only spiritual.
Before this work, I spent years in the engineering field and hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology with a major in Environmental Studies. That foundation shaped how I think structurally, analytically, and with deep respect for systems. Today, that perspective informs my coaching. I do not separate the spiritual from the psychological, or faith from embodiment. I believe growth must be grounded to be sustainable.
I live on a farm and have a deep love for animals and the rhythms of everyday life. That lifestyle keeps my work honest. Transformation is not abstract to me … it is lived in how we carry ourselves, how we speak, how we love, and how we respond under pressure.
My path into this work was not theoretical. It was forged through personal thresholds and seasons that required deep surrender, responsibility, and the rebuilding of faith from the inside out. I understand what it means to question, to grieve, to reinvent, and to integrate.
Over the years, I have studied a range of intuitive and healing modalities, including certification as an Intuitive Coach, QHHT Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, Spiritual Life Coach, Life Purpose Coach, Akashic Records Reader, and Breathwork facilitation, along with broader esoteric and relational studies. I studied masculine and feminine dynamics, polarity and sacred sexuality. I also spent many years working as a Psychic Medium, Channel, and Animal Communicator.
These experiences shaped my understanding of perception, symbolism, and the depth of the inner life. Over time, however, my work has evolved into something more integrated and grounded.
Today, I place my gifts within a framework of faith, discernment, and psychological maturity. Rather than centering sessions around psychic insight, I use what I’ve learned to support clients in embodied clarity, relational depth, and alignment under God’s authority. My role is no longer to interpret someone’s life for them. It is to help them develop steadiness, discernment, and integrity within their own.
This evolution has allowed me to support people at a deeper and more sustainable level where faith, embodiment, and formation work together.
Today, I guide people through the intersection of faith, nervous system awareness, relational patterns, and identity formation. We look honestly at what shapes you your history, your beliefs, your body’s responses, your relational habits and we bring coherence back where fragmentation has taken hold.
For those rooted in faith, we explore what it means to walk with God in a mature and embodied way not through pressure or spiritual performance, but through steadiness, discernment, and lived devotion.
I meet people in their humanity.
Some are rebuilding.cSome are reinventing. Some are simply trying to live with greater clarity and integrity.
My role is not to tell you the answers to your story .. it is to help you inhabit it with strength and come to the conclusions that have always lived inside you. Your soul knows.
This work is about formation.
It is about integration.
It is about becoming steady enough to love well and live truthfully.
I’m honoured to walk that path with you.
